Hiring rooms
We have a modern building with access ramps and wide entrance doors. All facilities are on the same level. There is parking for up to 10 vehicles on the front car park and a further 6 (or 9 with double parking) at the rear. There are ladies’ and gents’ toilets and a disabled accessible unisex toilet also equipped with baby changing facilities. A small kitchenette or large kitchen can be made available if required. Tables and chairs etc can be available as required.
Hasbury Community Church is a very active church, so room availability is limited and rooms are never available to hire on Sundays.
Rooms available:
Main Hall
built in 2011, this large room is light and airy. It is carpeted and has curtains/blinds to all windows and has a movable low level platform. If required, (at extra cost) a quality PA, data projectors and a limited theatrical lighting rig are available. Size 16m x 8m. Seating up to 126. Ideal for conferences, meetings, etc.
Multi-purpose hall
a large room with high level windows. It has a hard floor and is ideal for parties, games, etc. Size 11m x 6m. Seating up to 60.
Lounge
medium sized room with high level windows. It is carpeted and has PA and AV if required. Ideal for smaller gatherings or meetings. Size 10m x 5m. Seating up to 30.
